Salat basically means prayer. You pray 5 time a day and do Wudu 3 times each prayer. The five prayers are Fajr,Dhuhr,Asr,Maghrib, and Isha. Meaning dawn prayer, noon prayer,afternoon prayer,evening prayer ,and night prayer
