DRUGS-drugs is a medicine or other substance which has a physiological effect when introduced or ingested to the human body

LEGAL DRUGS

  • Legal drugs are drugs like prescription drugs or medicine that a doctor prescribes
  • Legal drugs are like Advil, stomach relief, Tylenol

ILLEGAL DRUGS

  • Illegal drugs are drugs that you cannot have
  • Such as crystal meth, marijuana, weed, cocaine, and crack

TOBACCO

  • Dried tobacco leaves can be used mostly for cigarettes
  • Pipe tobacco
  • Flavored shisha tobacco
  • Snuff, dipping tobacco, snus

ADDICTION

  • Addiction is a brain disease because of drugs, it actually changes the brain and how it works
  • People that get addicted can't stop using the drugs even if they want to
  • Dopamine is he reason why people can't stop because the drugs release a certain amount of dopamine that makes them happy

Peer Pressure
Peer pressure is influence from members of ones peer group

ALCOHOL
Alcohol could affect parts of the brain that controls movement, judgment, speech, and memory
Similar effects are walking, memory lapse, slurred speech
