how water affects the environment

• Polluted water can poison and kill living things,like fishes.
• floods can uproot and destroy plant life.
• also floods can drown animals like cows.
• All living things will die without water

how to fix

• Soak pots and pans instead of letting the water run while you scrape them
• When doing laundry, match the water level to the size of the load.
• Fix leaks as soon as possible
• Install a thermostat and timer on your evaporative cooler so it only operates when necessary
• If you use processed water in your business or facility, look into water recycling
