RECONCILIATION

reconciliation

• reconciliation is like a  flowing river of love that fills our souls.
• a river also symbolizes the washing away of our sins. 
• the river reflects the sky like we reflect on our sins.

reconciliation

• instituted by Jesus  
• priest can forgive sins through God. 
• priests can forgive your sins because they are in the church.  
• if they tell another person they will be excommunicated.

• the priest can only forgive sins when he is one and one with a person.
• he has to do it in the house of God.
• in emergencies he can absolve groups of people at a time.

•  baptism gets rid of original sin
• reconciliation gets rid of everyday sins
• without confirmation your catholic life isn't complete

self reflective stuff of holy godness

• if I were a priest I couldn't tell anyone other peoples sins  
• to become a better Catholic I would be reconciled every month
