ALL AROUND OUR EARTH

  • Nowhere can we escape climate change
  • Even animals under the ocean are not safe
  • Birds don't even need to migrate to escape the cold
  • All over the world, people kill animals for sport or their pelts

POLAR REGIONS

  • Melting ice effects raindeer who are unable to dig under ice for lichen moss
  • Polar bears drown due to melting ice

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • Buy from farmers that don't use chemicals in their meat or land
  • Don't wear real fur coats and hats
  • Use energy efficient lightbulbs
  • Try to walk, bike, and carpool more
  • Turn off lights and faucets when they are not needed

GORILLA

  • Gorillas are high demand pets and trophies
  • Parts of gorillas are sometimes used in traditional medicine
  • The forests where gorillas live are being cut down for charcoal and logging
  • Gorillas are hunted for their large mass and protein.
  • Gorillas' low reproductive rates make keeping up the population difficult

STATISTICS

PANDAS
