PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Who
Napolien Bonaparte was one of the biggest influences on the industrial revolution. He helped pull France out of the slum and into the new industrial world by capturing new lands to expand their territory and develop new and faster ways of doing things which would improve life in France which would bring the people's moral support up and with that brings nationalism.
Where
There were a few kingdoms at this time such as the Kingdom of France Austria and the United Kingdom and in these kingdoms was where nationalism was strongest. The will and power to build new inventions and think up of new things was a huge potential in these places and it was almost assured that the industrial revolution would happen or occur at sometime.
When
These movements happened from the year 1750-1914 and still continue up to this day. When these movements were a bound they could be influenced with a positive or potentially motivating vibe which could make the people believe they could do anything and strive for new ways of thinking and came across as a real threat to other opposing countries, who had the same intentions.
Why
Nationalism can occur for many reasons, some are for economic reasons and another's are for political reasons. Because of these things people can build up huge amounts of pride in themselves and people around them. Because of this people strived to be better and learn new ways of doing things and when the time came it might've taken years but with their nation at their back would eventually achieve it.
How
Nationalism influenced the global spread of ideas by it being the leading force in countries at the time. Countries where nationalism is strong normally had a good government which leads to the improvement of the standard of living in those areas. Which would then make that country seem strong and powerful. Which then influenced the factories in that country to work harder to produce the goods and commodities needed which will help trade, and when other countries saw this they would see that they are probably behind and need to step up their nationalism.
