PLAN:
To stop bullying it will help to have some sort of plan, one for the victim and one for those who are watching the bullying unfold.
BYSTANDER PLAN:
Bystanders should never just stand back and watch when someone is being bullied, they should always take action whether that is telling an adult or talking to the victim.

VICTIM PLAN:
If you are the target of bullying then try and talk to someone wether it be a friend, parent, trusted adult or teacher. If you can't do this try and confront the bully (only if possible). If all this has been tried but has not succeeded then bring the problem to the police.
