The Biscayne bay is 35 miles long and up to 8 miles wide.Also the water depth is 1-10 feet. 95% of the Park is water.

Britton Hill is the highest natural point at 345 feet above sea level and the lowest “ high point” in the United States It is an internationally known must do venue for thousands of elite mountain climbers.

Florida Keys are a string of tropical islands stretching 120 miles off the southern tip of Florida. Known for,fishing,snorkeling, and scuba diving. The southern most city of Key West is where the Ernest Hemingway home and museum is located.

Kissimmee river is 134 miles long. Also, it flows into lake okeechobee. The flood plain of the river supports a diverse community of water fowl, wading birds, fish and other wild life.

Lake okeechobee is the largest lake in Florida. It is 36miles long, 29 miles wide and 8feet deep. It is the 8th. Largest natural fresh water lake in the u.s.
