Many people think that war correspondents being sent into combat is a bad thing. This presentation gives examples why it is a good thing.

RISKS

  • Their are a lot of risks.
  • Some Examples: killed, maimed, kidnapped, tortured starvation, dehydration and PTSD

1st reason why it is a good thing:
It gets information to the foreign country. It lets the country prepare and startegize

2nd reason
It lets people know what is happening in the world and how they can help.

They aren't the only ones going into war. They are traveling with the military.

With huge risks becomes huge awards. Not always do war correspondents come home. Some are more unlucky than others but the information is crucial. This is why sending war correspondents is important.
