PRESENTATION OUTLINE
In this presentation I will show photographs I have taken during my rehearsal time with the dancers for our music video. I believe rehearsals are important , especially with a music video that will have a dance choreography, as the artist need to feel comfortable with them , have the same energy and experiment different things. Rehearsals allowed me "the artist" to make my movements fluent, which will give us a head start when filming. It
When playing the song for the dancers I used a lyric video of the song 'Real love' so that I could dance but also learn the lyrics at the same time.
For this second rehearsal I asked if the dancers could bring the costumes they may wear in the music video , so that they can move well in them and so that the costumes follows the conventions of a pop/house music video.
One of the dancers brought in red checkered trousers. I thought that it was ideal as it goes with the genre of the song and red is one of the theme colours. In addition red is a bold and bright colour which will look great on camera, in front of the graffiti walls.
