  • The first time is scary.

SAFETY FIRST

  • You need a trampoline
  • It is best to have one with a net.
  • Make sure you have someone watching out for you.

STARTING YOUR BACKFLIP

  • First, bounce at a comfortable height
  • Start pulling yourself backwards, but keep you leg in the same position

STEPS CONTINUED

  • Raise your hands up and behind you.
  • Continue to bounce as you are reaching backwards
  • When you are feeling comfortable, you will be able to do a backflip.

AS YOU THROW YOUR ARMS BACKWARDS PULL YOUR HEAD BACKWARDS ALSO.

  • Make sure you are able to make it all the way around.
  • Spot your landing as you rotate.
  • Try to land in the same place you started

CONCLUSION

  • Make sure you have something watching out for you
  • Only do it if you feel very comfortable with this
  • A net would be best.
