those who act with evil intentions, emphasis on the activity of wickedness or evil activity

2. Rather, glorifies those who exalt the Lord, honor, and worship Him - sets these God fearing leaders as heroes, rather than glorfying those who "get away with it"

3. Follows through on commitments even with it costs them something - usually money in some way
