1st Impression

• Timely greeting: As soon as you walked in.
• Friendly greeting: everyone smiled and said hello
• Communicative: all the workers said hello and host sat us down quickly.

Ambiance

• Neat, comfortable, elegant, accommodating,
• Restaurant side is clean. On the bar side, has TVs with sports for a cool hang out. no wait time, table tops were clean. Saw hardly any waiting times at the door or for food.
• Lights dim and comfy, hear sounds from TV, staff all over serving/cleaning

Menu

• The new touch system tablet at the table is a great convenience. You can reorder, play unlimited games for a $1, get drinks and dessert, and close out your bill on it.
• Special diets were listed (ex. vegetarian options, seafood/dairy/meat allergies)
• Moderate prices (like an expensive Applebees)

Customers

• A nice relaxing place to have a meal with the family, or just grab a drink to take a quick timeout on a busy weekend of running errands.
• No wait time, was seated as soon as we walked in.
• Waiter kept us entertained and good food gave us enjoyment

Service

• Accomadation: Since I was vegan, waiter got us free tortilla chips with salsa and was very understanding of no meat or dairy in my salad
• Our waiter had a lot of personality and was very friendly
• Waiter recommended fun places to visit in Texas
• Very talkative and got along with us
