Hello my name is JANAE STEVENS and welcome to my presentation about recycling and how it can save lives.

Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into reusable objects to prevent waste of potentially useful materials. It takes a while for it to be complete. first you buy a can from the store, you drink it and when your done you put it in the recycle bin. Then the recycling truck comes by and picks it up to tare and burn it. Soon after all their hard work it eventually turns into a new reusable can again.

The recycling process helps the environment because without it can kill animals. For example: this turtle is deformed because of plastic found on the ground.

What if that was your pet?
If the recycling program wasn't here and people don't care this can happen.

You pet could be stuck in plastic which makes them have and hard time breathing and they could die.

Without the recycling program you and your pets are risking lives. Therefore the recycling program is helpful because they reduced it so we can reuse it. And it saves lives.
