Logistical Reminders

Doors

• Mon - Thurs 8-4
• Friday 8-2:15
• Clubs/Teams students are monitored until pickup
• No unsupervised students in the school

A new-ish schedule

• M/T Day 1/2 - normal
• W/Th Day 1/2 - Flipped
• Friday - block 1,2,3,4 normal
• That means M/T we have all afternoon, W/Th we have all morning

Attendance

• Attendance taken at the beginning of class
• Unexcused absences (parent unaware)= parents are notified that day - it's now automated
• Your parents need to excuse you
• Check in AND OUT at the office

Late

• A late is when the student arrives after attendance.
• If we're gone, head to the office, then the LC

Drills

• Most drills are unknown
• This means I won't know when they happen, or why they happen

Fire Drill

• Bell sounds
• head to muster spot
• Attendance (green/red card)
• Behave as if it's real

Lock Down Overview

• Announcement
• Student phones off
• muster to safe place in class (door locked)
• Wait until door is opened
• Students may be pulled into another room if unsupervised.

• Be aware of time going and coming from UofC
• Come and go through the front doors

• We go out a lot
• You're leaders, whether you like it or not
• Injuried/Lost?

• Fridays are short...
• Find someone in gr8, who knows shortcuts.
