What is All Saints Day?

  • On November 1st we celebrate the saints of all time
  • It is a Holy Day
  • All people who have died and are in heaven are saints.
  • Canonized saints are people who have died and are officially recognized by the Catholic Church.

What is All Soul's Day?

  • On November 2nd, All Souls Day, we remember and pray for people that have died.
  • We prayer that our loved ones and all those who have died are happy in heaven with God.
  • Often there is a special service for the family and loved ones of people who have died in the previous year.
