The 1955 Flood was pretty bad.
The Effects to people
This Flood did a lot of damage to people and their belongings. These people lost everything some of them even their lives and families.
The total of the people that died was 87 people.

This damage did a lot of damage to towns. People lost their homes farmers lost their crops and some of their animals. They estimated over 200 million dollers worth of damage
