Not eating a good healthy breakfast can rise your risk of Hypoglycemia or low- blood sugar. That can lead to physical symptoms such as shakiness, dizziness, weakness, headaches, tingling and rapid heart rate

Skipping multiple meals can cause a slow metabolism. Which causes weight gain or make it hard to lose weight. Skipping meals can put your body in survival which causes your cells and body to crave fool and make you eat a lot.
