Greeting Customers

  • Make sure they are comfortable and informed of their wait times.
  • Welcome customers to restaurant.
  • Meets their needs while they are waiting.
  • Offer drinks to waiting customers (in some restaurants).

Seating Customers

  • Escort customers to their tables.
  • Provide menus.
  • Present specials.

  • Answer questions the customers might have.
