  • Baskets are made from reeds, vines, rushes, and split cane

  • Clay coils created the pottery, cut out molds decorated
  • Made statues as tall as humans
  • Materials included limestone and stela

  • Mayans painted frescoes
  • Often scenes of everyday life and religious ceremonies
