what is its niche in the community

  • tokyo asia

the frilled shark is a dangerous species. because of its body teeth eyes and mouth. the frilled shark only eats small things in the ocean. it only eats small bony fish & cephalo pods (squid) & other sharks. you can mostly find the frilled shark in tokyo. a fisherman was fishing there and he found a big eel with sharp needle teeth. he ran then he went to the police they caught it and found out it was a frilled shark.
the expiremented on it to know its species and where it came from. it is now captured and put into a cage underwater.
and the frilled shark died in that cage in year 2013.

part 3. explain in detail why the animal is endangered

  • its endangered for eating 3 other things. other sharks bony fish and squid. the frilled shark got caught in tokyo by a fisherman and the police. the shark was chasing a bony fish and got caught. everybody knows about the shark. because they expiremented it and put it in a cage.

part 4. what measurements are being taken to help protect the animal

  • they put the animal in an underwater cage so he has somewhere to swim. and people watch him and protect him. the police are watching it just incase someone tries to take it. they give it water and food and they teach him or her tricks. and the shark is happy being watched and doing tricks.

part 5. how can we make a difference

  • we can ask the watchers to let him or her out. and have peace with others in the ocean. and we can ask people to throw away there trash so animals in the ocean can not get sick.
