Come To Maryland!

Maryland was founded in 1633 by George Calvert and other colonists at Baltimore.It is in the southern region of the colonies.

Maryland has costal plains and the Piedmont Plateau. Blues Ridge is separated by Chesapeake Bay. There is 9,837 square miles of land area.

Baltimore and Annapolis are major cities in Maryland.

Like other colonies Maryland has a lot of Christian people. But Maryland has the largest population of Catholics out of any other colonies. Even the founder himself is Catholic!

The Maryland legislature passed an act for the encouragement of an iron manufacture within this province in 1719.

• Cotton
• Grain
• Fruit
• Vegetables

Now the bad part is that Maryland has the biggest slave population, so the slaves are growing all the crops.

You should come to Maryland because Maryland has good agricultural land, so you will NOT starve.
