A generalization usually exaggerated or oversimplified and often offensive that is used to describe and or distinguish a group.

RACISM

a belief that inherent differences among the various human races, determine cultural or individual achievement usually involving the idea usually involving the idea that ones own race is superior and has he right to rule others.
Hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.
