  • Tobacco- Causes cancers, bad breath and gum disease
  • Marijuana- Irritates lungs, difficulty thinking and impaired memory

  • Marijuana- Decrease motivation, Work life suffers and decreased work performance

  • Alcohol: Drinking age 21,
  • Marijuana: Illegal unless prescribed fine for 42.5 grams or less is $200
  • Tobacco: Smoking age 18

NE LAWS

  • Alcohol: Drinking age 21
  • Marijuana: Illegal unless prescribed $300 fine if caught with 1 oz or less
  • Tobacco: Smoking age 18
