PRESENTATION OUTLINE

FLYING MACHINE

BY RAY BRADBURY

Summary
One morning a servant was doing his regular duties and soon comes upon a man soaring through the sky. He rushes to seek the emperor and tell the amazing news. When the emperor hears the news he demands to see it with his own eyes. Once he does, he calls the man down and hurriedly asks whether anyone else had seen the inventor flying. The servant responds in saying no except for him and a nearby farmer. The emperor seems worried. With such a great invention, one would be expected to be extremely happy; but it seems the emperor sees the situation differently, in fact, quite the opposite. Why, presumably, one would ask. Read this book and your questions will be answered.
