Jamaican tradition is most national holidays, such as Christmas cake, sorrel, pudding, fired fish, lent at Easter time. Jamaicans listen to Reggae music and their religion is called Pocomania which is a blend between European Christianity and African.

Jamaica has a total of 17 old, 30 silver, and 20 bronze medals. Aleen Bailey is a track and field sprint specialist. Usain Bolt is arguably the fastest man in the world, winning three gold medals at the 2008 olympics.
