Mission

As an educational institution, we exist to help all children progress through their educational career successfully, regardless of any label they may carry (Sp. Ed., General Ed., ELL, EO, all socio-economic levels, etc.).

Vision

Our school will be grounded in the belief that all children can learn. As a collaborative team, teachers can be the pillars that will support and hold up students when challenges come their way. The teaching strategies that we choose to implement will equip and prepare students to break down those challenges. Therefore, teachers need to be equipped with the necessary tools to do so. Teachers must have a willingness and open-mindedness to attend PD that will sharpen their teaching skills.

• Students will be held to high academic standards.

• Administrators will need to help me promote both of the ideas mentioned above because students will only rise to the standards teachers set for them.

• Just as I will need administrators to support my vision and values, I too will need to support teachers through the use of meaningful PD.
