WHAT ARE WE DOING?

WE ARE COLLECTING AND DONATING BOOKS FOR CHILDREN AGES 4-7 TO HOSPITALS AND CLINICS.

We started out with posting a Nextdoor post requesting gently used children's books that are in good condition for young kids ages 4-7.

FOR BEING THE FIRST DONATOR AND GIVING THE LARGEST DONATION!
Yep! The Hannah in our 7th period Quest class.

We ended up getting books for kids older than kids ages: 4-7

We had to come up with a new plan:

We ended up deciding that Anjana would donate the little kids books to hospitals and clinics, and planned, and Angelina and Julia would split the big kids books and donate them to places like public libraries.

ANJANA ALSO DONATED TO THE CENTER FOR SOCIAL DYNAMICS...

  • Which is a therapy center
  • Therapists select the books to read to their clients and to run programs for special needs kids.
