  • All three are big contributors to everyday life.

Physical
Your physical health is one of the biggest and well know part of being healthy. If you are physically health that means you are in the recommended weight range and you are not obese.

Social

Your social health is the second side of the triangle. This side determines how you act towards people and how well you communicate with others. Your social skills are normally peoples frist reaction of a person.

Emotional
Emotion plays a big role in everyday life and to stay emotionally health you have to learn how to control your emotions.

Ideal Health
The three components should balance eachother out. If they are balanced then the ideal health goal will be reached, but dont worry if the health ideal fluxuates as you get older.
