I thought this because the author explained/described what happened. The author did not try to persuade you to do anything and news of long hoped peace between two countries that have been at war for very long time is definitely not for entertainment purposes.

I chose the historically lens because north and South Korea have been at war for a very long time. Plus, this is not the first time in history the two countries have tried to discuss peace. Yet, many people believe this time, real peace will be established. There is also the fact that North Korea has been
threatening other countries with its nuclear bombs thoroughly history, and now that may change.
