EAGLES

  • Eagles have two foveae or centers of focus, that allow the birds to see both forward and to the side at the same time

HAWKS

  • Hawk eyes are not mobile
  • This allows Hawks to keep track of prey at high speeds.

  • An owls eyes are locked in looking forward giving them a wide range binocular vision.
  • An owls field of view is about 110 degrees, with about 70 degrees being binocular vision.
