Mass: how heavy an object is
Volume: how much space an object takes up
Weight: the force of gravity pulling an object
Gram: unit for mass (measures mass)
Meter: unit for length/distance (measures length)
Liter: unit for volume (measures volume)
Beaker: this tool is used to measure a larger amount of volume
Balance: used to measure mass of an object
Celsius: unit for temperature
Scientific Method: a process scientists use to answer questions and solve them
Hypothesis: an educated guess made to answer questions
Element: one single atom (ex: Fe, O, H, N)
Compound: two or more different atoms
Molecule: two or more of the same atoms
Mixture: combination of elements
Atom: "stuff" that everything is made of
