PRESENTATION OUTLINE
In Job 41 God is talking to Job and says"Can you draw out Leviathan with a hook. Or snare his tongue with a line which you lower" I think the leviathan is a sea monster because in Job 41:1 makes it clear that the Leviathan is an aquatic creature.
Even though the precise identification of the Leviathan is shrouded in obscurity it was obviously some supernatural creature that was too big and strong for any human to handle even one hundred men also the bible says only the person who made him can draw him out, so its saying that only God can draw him out.
In connection with the marvels of the world in Job, it talks about a great creature which is the Leviathan. Some writers say that it could be a whale or a dolphin. But neither of those fit the description in the bible. I think a sea monster would be the only creature to fit the description.
In Job 40 the Lord is describing a real historical creature called "Behemoth". No known living animal like the hippopotamus or elephant fits the description adequately.
I think the Behemoth is a Brachiosaurus because in the bible it says its tail is strong and like a cedar, it eats grass like an ox and its power is in its stomach muscles. That fits the description of the Brachiosaurus well.
Also in the bible it says that the Behemoth is the first of God's ways and some people say that dinosaurs were on the Earth long before we came. So Like I said about the Leviathan no animal fits the description in the Bible about the Behemoth like the Brachiosaurus.
