Their life span

  • Siberian Huskies tend to live between 12-15 years
  • They can have minor health problems including PR

History

  • Siberian Huskies are not part wolf.
  • During the 1900's, the dogs were brought to Alaska to compete in races, which how they became well-known
  • They were used to deliver mail, search-and-rescues in the Army

Personality

  • Siberian Huskies are very friendly and isn't a guard dog.
  • They need a good amount of exercise and can take long walks, runs, or hikes.
  • They don't bark a lot, instead most of the time they'll whine or moan

Health

  • Siberians are in good health for their breed, but there are still some concerns to worry about
  • They can have health problems like hip dysplasia, juvenile cataracts, corneal dystrophy, and progressive retina atrophy

Feeding Them

  • Siberians are expected to be fed 2 cups of dry food into two meals
  • They don't need a lot of food to be fed
