• The men were much more powerful than women. Other civilizations the society was patriarchal. Women were responsible for bearing children, an important part of life. Priests had the most of the power, but the top of the social classes were the Pharaohs. These Pharaohs were thought to be the human forms of gods. Later on, they became more and more human. The free class was made up of intellectuals, artisans, and merchants, very similiar to the other places at the time.

• The Egyptians had many gods. These gods represented important parts of their lives, such as the sun and the river. An important part of there religion was the use of sacrifices and offerings sent to please the gods. Unlike other places, temples were not used for public worship.

• the Egyptians are different than the United States of America buy there religion. Egyptians sacrifice people and other items the U.S. doesn't. In the U.S. all worship places are for everyone in Egypt they weren't. They both made technical advancements and made great structures, loved art, and have good military.

• the U.S. Is better because the don't believe there leader is god and everything they do is right. The Egyptians rulers could do anything and get away with it. There are consequences to are actions and if you don't get punished for something done rong you won't learn and you will make the same mistakes more than once
