TO STOP THESE THING FROM HAPPENING WE CAN PAY MORE ATTENTION ON WHAT CAN DETECT A CONCUSSION RATHER THAN TRYING TO MAKE IT SAFER.

By that I meant that we should invent detectors and put them in a football helmet for example and set it to where it tells you if the person has TBI.
