Black Bear

  • The black bear is a medium sized bear native to North America
  • They are omnivores with their diets varying greatly on few things
  • The black bear is the continents smallest but widely spread bear species

Cougar

  • The cougar, is also known as the mountain lion, puma, etc.
  • The cougar is a large cat of the family native to America.

AMERICAN Bald Eagle

  • The bald eagle is a fierce looking bird
  • This specific bird is the national symbol of the USA.
  • Benjamin Franklin had suggested that the national symbol be the wild turkey.
  • He was outvoted :)

FOX

  • The "resourceful"red fox is known for its cleverness and adaptability.
  • It is a small to medium sized canids. That is slightly smaller than a medium domesticated dog

  • All trout have gills. In fact all fish do. This includes tiny tiny fish to big sharks.
  • Any fish is a member of an aquatic family.
  • The most common kind of trout is the rainbow trout and the brown trout
  • The above bullet is referring to the east cost deciduous forest area.

  • The chipmunk is a ground dwelling animal.
  • These animals only protect up to 50 feet around their nest/home.
  • They do not hibernate.

  • The white tailed deer is part of the virginianus family.
  • The color of the fur on this animal changes because of the season.

  • The grey wolf is typically an apex predator in its habitat. They don't have to worry much.
  • The only animals that danger this animal are humans (Yes. I said animal) and tigers.
