First Gelatin. You may wonder why gelatin is important. This reason is because gelatin is in every candy!

jELLY BEANS

  • First heat liquid sugar at 350~F.
  • Then mix starch and glucose.
  • Once you do that pour it into starch mounds.
  • Once it sets remove it and the steam it.
  • Then you coat it with more liquid sugar.
  • Then spin is constantly, this adds artificial flavours and colours.
  • Continue to spin it while adding more liquid sugar.
  • This sugar adds its hard shell.

MORE JELLY BEANS

  • Finally hot syrup and edible wax is added to make that glossy look.
  • Now your done enjoy.

  • First use a binding agent called the mallow root sap.
  • Bind egg whites, corn syrup and water.
  • Then heat and pour it into corn starch moulds.
  • Then once set chop into cubes and coat with icing sugar.

  • Heat a sauce pan and mix sugar, corn syrup and water.
  • Once you keep heating after a while, add food colouring.
  • Add favour.
  • Then pour in moulds and cool.
  • And do not forget to add the stick.
  • And whatever you do, do NOT stir after step 2!
