PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS

WHY THEY'RE BANNED

Background Research
A drug is a chemical substance that, when absorbed into the body, can alter normal bodily function. Many drugs have been banned in sport if they are deemed to provide an unfair advantage, pose a health risk, or are seen to violate the ‘spirit of sport’. The use of banned drugs by athletes is referred to as ‘doping’.
If they take some performance-enhancing drugs then they are making themselves better than anyone else which is cheating, so why should they get money for using drugs to win, It doesn't make sense for people to get awards for cheating

Hypothesis
I think that performance enhancing drugs are illegal because it isn't fair on other players who dont want to take the drugs because the players that do are more muscley, faster and stronger than others that dont. Also it has many negative effect on the body

Conclusion
I think that taking performance enhancing drugs is a bad thing because it is not good for your health and it could get you banned from your sport for life. If you want to be the best at something, don't take drugs, do it naturally and show them you are the best.
