  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 4-6 tablespoons of sugar (splenda or honey)
  • 3 rasberrys and 5 bluberrys.

  • 9 red grapes
  • 12 purple graped
  • 1 sliced up cantaloupe
  • 1 sliced watermalone
  • 13 bluberrys
  • 7 strawberrys
  • 4 sliced up bananas
  • 12 kiwi

FRUIT SMOOTHIE

  • 1/2 cup of berry juice
  • 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries.
  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries.
  • 3 ice cubes (if only using fresh fruit)
