Requirements

  • All ramps are required to have a 1/12 slope
  • 38" clear space along ramp for wheelchairs
  • 5'/5' platform at the top and bottom of ramp

  • 1" up = 1' across
  • This requirement is in place because if it was any steeper it would be extremely difficult to pull yourself up
