Hackers are people with skills enabling them to access or intrude and control any sort of computer system. Not all hacks are bad, well it depends on which side you are on but otherwise hackers are everywhere today, they can be intruding your life and some of them risk their freedom for the greater good. It's a whole other world underneath your finger tips.
