scenario activity

1. There is about 10 students lined up at the desk. You know that there are some students who live in the building and some who look as though they might be guests. Some students begin to complain about how long the process is taking. What do you do?

2. A student walks right by you when you ask to see their card. When you call them back, they become difficult. What should you do?
