This statue was created to represent the Bronze Age civilization.
This is a statue that represents the Shang dynasty.
The Shang dynasty was the only Bronze Age civilization.

ORACLE BONE INSCRIPTIONS
Oracle bone inscriptions started when the Shang family ruled.
They were used to give answers to questions.
In order to do that they used a bronze hot rod producing cracks which were answers.
It also helped them decide what to do when faced with difficult situations.
4.
FORBIDDEN CITY
It became known as the forbidden city because it was built to protect the emperor.
The forbidden city is an example of the Shang dynasty's architectural principle.
For 500 years ordinary people were not allowed in the grounds of the forbidden city.
5.
BROZE VESSEL
This is a ritual bronze vessel made during the Shang dynasty.
It was used to offer food or drinks to gods,deceased ancestors and spirits.
They were also used to symbolize ranks and often contained references to ancient imperial ethos,culture and music.
