• My 20 time project: baking
• I baked something new each week
• & blogged about it. 
• I also baked everything from scratch!

what I learned

• I didn't have time to bake, because of sports
• Therefore, my 20 time wasn't what I thought it would be.
• I enjoyed blogging more than baking,
• but I love the rewarding feeling that baking brings.

tips for successful baking:

• Mix dry ingredients together..
• Mix wet ingredients together
• BEFORE YOU BLEND THEM WITH EACH OTHER
• Pre-heat the oven 15 minutes before you start mixing
• Set butter out 15 minutes before you start baking
