What are some best practices in forming our catechists?

In small groups, come up with a list of ways that we can form our catechists in your assigned area. Dream big - assume time and money are no object. But also think outside the box - or the building - how can we form our catechists who are already really busy? (i.e what are some non-gathered ways we can form our catechists? What are some resources available?)
