“Since you only ever hear from me with moans, let me make your day, by saying, I really think the work on the windows have been brilliantly done. We are so pleased, not only with the quality of the work, but the customer care evidenced by the Site Manager and his team. In him, you have a star. A man with really good people skills. I imagine you are as aware as I am how good he is, but you would have far less hassle from difficult customers like me if he was always on the job. Nothing was too much trouble for him. And the result, after their work on the exterior, and the work we had done on the interiors, has transformed the flat.”
