ABOUT THE CITY

  • Las Vegas is a city known for its casinos and shows. Population is rapidly growing and does not currently have a proffesional sports team
  • Surrounded by mountains, hot climate

If the team moved here they would get a big brand new stadium with all of the latest advances. They would also be the only team in the area and would be the face of the city.

REVENUES AND EXPENSES

  • Build cost: 900 million
  • Team cost: 500 million
  • Ticket sales: 40 million
  • Suite revenue: 50 million
  • Vendor revenue: 8 million

PROMOTIONAL MIX

  • Advertise with commercials, banners around the city
  • City of Las Vegas meeting with Oakland Raiders to try and get them to come play
  • Invite media to come check out the new stadium
  • Create program to meet players/watch practices

Create Social media pages to welcome the new team. People from all around the world will see the new stadium and it will draw interest from people all over the world.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Twitter is the younger generation. Twitter is text/information
  • Facebook is the older generation. Facebook is similar to twitter with pics/text
  • Instagram is for younger generation as well. Instagram is all pictures and can build hype with new stadium pics/uniform pics
  • Team will be able to see support from people and all the fans they will have in the new city
