Email writing is a common form of personal and professional communication. Ideally, an email should be clear and concise. One method to help clarity is to fill in the subject line with a phrase that is specifically related to the email’s content. Another quality is using the right tone for the audience. Slang or informal words are only appropriate with very familiar audiences, and even then, the informal tone might be confusing or offensive.

All the sentences might represent ideas from KUWC...or just one or two sentences. There's no way to know for sure without help from the writer...
