Detective

A person, especially a police officer, whose occupation is to investigate and solve crimes.

The working conditions of detectives vary according to their crime specialty. This also depends whether they work with police as criminal investigators or special agents for a government agency, or work privately as investigators for individuals or organizations.

Police detectives tend to earn significantly more than private detectives. The BLS reports that as of May 2011, the average hourly pay of a police detective was $75,720 a year and the median income was $71,770 a year. Fifty percent of police investigators earned between $51,060 and $94,620 a year.

a GED or high school diploma may be all that's required for some police officer positions, many agencies require a college degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field.

Stunt Person

A Stunt Person is an individual (man or woman) who replaces an actor during a dangerous or extremely athletic scene. They replace the actor because they are more skilled at performing the task safely than the actor who may not be able to perform the task at all. Stunt Person is usually very athletic, fit and strong.

They run through the stunt with the stunt coordinator before performing the stunt in front of the camera

The salary of a stuntman/stunt-woman very on the stunt that is being performed. Big stunt such as a car crash pays a pretty penny

Professional Athlete

Professional athletes are performers or entertainers. In this way, they are a lot like actors and musicians. They must perform well in each game or risk losing. If they don't play well, they won't last long.
